Questions we get asked

Short answers. For details, ask us — you'll hear from an engineer.

A fixed monthly price per site, based on the equipment we manage, plus a one-off onboarding fee. Commodity hardware you buy directly at vendor list price. You receive a written quote after a paid discovery audit, which is credited against onboarding when you sign.

Business days 08:00–16:00 local time. Critical incidents: work starts within 1–2 h; severe: within 4 h; minor: 1–10 business days. Extended service hours are available as an add-on.

Monitoring runs continuously and automatically. Engineer response follows the agreed service window; extended hours are an add-on. We don't sell 24/7 coverage we can't staff properly.

We manage what you already have: Cisco, HPE Aruba, Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, MikroTik, OPNsense/pfSense and others. For new deployments we propose from a short list we run ourselves, compared side by side. You decide.

No. We keep it running, host or manage the controller, and plan a refresh only when equipment reaches end-of-life — with the costs of each option in front of you.

On open-source tooling we host in EU/EEA data centres. No US SaaS in the management path. If your equipment uses a vendor cloud (e.g. Meraki, Aruba Central), it is declared in the data processing agreement. Your office traffic does not pass through our systems.

Discovery and documentation, then a parallel run alongside your current setup, then go-live once monitoring, access and recovery are validated. You commit only at that point.

We work remotely. Your local IT or a third party of your choice handles hands-on tasks — plugging in equipment, cabling — following our instructions. We agree on this at onboarding.

End-user devices, servers, cloud applications, printers, cabling works and your ISP contracts themselves. Some of these we can cover as project work or through partners.

No. You buy from your local distributor at list price; we specify and configure it. Licences go through your reseller, or through us where we hold a partner status — never above list price.

Yes. By ticket or in our private chat, during service hours. Chat conversations are archived to your ticket.

You give the notice agreed in the contract. Everything — accounts, configurations, documentation — is already in your name, so you receive a complete export and a handover, not a rebuild.
